For leaders who are done with theory

Leadership development that changes behaviour, not just slides

"The best leadership program is the one your team still talks about six months later — because they are living it."

We partner with Australian organisations to build leaders who earn trust, navigate ambiguity, and lift the people around them. No off-the-shelf modules. No motivational fluff. Just rigorous, evidence-based work that rewires habits and produces measurable outcomes.

How we build leaders who last

Five deliberate phases that move people from awareness to embedded habit. Each phase has clear entry and exit criteria — no one drifts through.

1. Diagnostic deep-dive

We begin with structured interviews, 360-degree feedback, and organisational context mapping. This is not a generic survey; it is a forensic look at how leadership actually operates in your culture, what gets rewarded, and where the gaps between intention and impact sit. You receive a candid written assessment before any program design begins.

2. Provocation workshops

Two-day immersive sessions designed to disrupt comfortable mental models. Participants confront real scenarios drawn from their own organisation — not borrowed case studies. We use cognitive reframing techniques, peer challenge rounds, and reflective practice to surface blind spots leaders rarely see on their own.

3. Applied practice sprints

Over eight weeks, each leader tackles a live challenge in their team with structured coaching support. They set micro-commitments, track observable behaviour shifts, and report back to a peer cohort. This phase is where theory meets friction — and where real growth happens.

4. Peer accountability circles

Small groups of four meet fortnightly to hold each other to account. We facilitate the first three sessions, then hand over the structure so the circles become self-sustaining. Research shows peer accountability is the single strongest predictor of sustained change.

5. Impact review and recalibration

At the six-month mark we re-run diagnostics, compare baselines, and present a measurable impact report to your executive team. Where gaps remain, we design targeted follow-up interventions rather than repeating the whole program.

What we offer

Three core engagement types, each tailored to your organisation's maturity and goals.

Executive coaching

One-on-one engagements for senior leaders navigating complex transitions — new roles, mergers, turnaround mandates, or the shift from technical expert to enterprise leader. Sessions are structured around real decisions, not abstract competency frameworks. Typical engagements run six to nine months.

Team leadership intensives

Cohort-based programs for intact teams or cross-functional leadership groups. We work with groups of eight to sixteen, blending workshop days with on-the-job practice sprints. Ideal for organisations building a shared leadership language and lifting collective capability fast.

Organisational leadership strategy

Advisory work with HR and executive teams to design leadership pipelines, succession frameworks, and culture-shaping initiatives. We audit your current approach, benchmark against evidence, and deliver a practical roadmap — not a glossy deck that sits in a drawer.

Proof it works

Two recent engagements that illustrate what measurable leadership change looks like.

Government office building in Canberra

Federal agency — middle management cohort

Result: 34% improvement in upward feedback scores within 8 months

A Canberra-based agency asked us to address a persistent problem: technically brilliant middle managers who struggled to give clear direction and hold difficult conversations. We ran three cohorts of twelve through our full methodology. Post-program 360 data showed significant shifts in directness, delegation quality, and team psychological safety. Attrition in the managed teams dropped by 18% year-on-year.

National logistics firm — executive team alignment

Result: strategic decision cycle reduced from 14 weeks to 5 weeks

The CEO of a 2,000-person logistics company described their executive team as "polite but paralysed." Through diagnostic interviews we identified three structural dysfunctions and two interpersonal fault lines. Our intensive included individual coaching, facilitated conflict sessions, and a redesigned meeting cadence. Within two quarters the team was making faster, higher-quality decisions with less rework and fewer escalations.

Questions we hear often

Most courses deliver content and hope it sticks. We design for behaviour change — which means diagnostics before, practice during, and measurement after. Our programs include structured on-the-job application, peer accountability, and follow-up coaching. The difference shows up in the data: our participants sustain change at roughly three times the rate of traditional workshop-only programs.

We work with organisations from around 80 people up to several thousand. The sweet spot for our cohort programs is companies with at least 15 to 20 people in leadership roles. For smaller firms, executive coaching engagements are often the best fit. We are sector-agnostic — our methodology adapts to context, whether that is government, professional services, health, or logistics.

A full cohort program — from diagnostic through to impact review — typically spans six to eight months. Executive coaching engagements run six to nine months. Organisational strategy advisory projects vary, but most are completed within three months. We deliberately avoid open-ended retainers; every engagement has a defined scope and finish line.

Yes, though we strongly recommend at least the initial provocation workshop be held face-to-face. The applied practice sprints and peer accountability circles work well in a virtual format. Coaching sessions are almost always conducted via video. For organisations spread across multiple sites, we design hybrid models that balance connection with practicality.

We price per engagement, not per head. A cohort program for twelve leaders typically falls between $45,000 and $70,000 depending on scope and customisation. Executive coaching sits around $4,500 to $6,500 per leader for a six-month engagement. We provide a detailed proposal after the diagnostic conversation — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
